Here is our lovely, colourful Year 3 classroom!
Geography
We did an atlas scavenger hunt to identify different countries.
Science
We investigated how water transports. We filled containers with blue dye and added white flowers and celery to see what happened. They turned blue! This shows that water is transported through the stem.
Maths
We had different equipment to make arrays to learn various times tables.
RE
We learnt about the Ten Commandments and had to decide which are the most important to us, by ranking them on a diamond 9 grid.
Geography
We went on a walk around Wetherby identified the human and physical geography features.
We found loads of shops, houses and the River Wharf!
PE
We had great fun during our teambuilding game. We had to get across to the other side using the hoop.
Science
We dissected tulips to identify the different parts.
Art
We created a wooden frame and weaved nature materials through it.
