Our Learning

In Pre - School, we follow the EYFS Curriculum in an exciting, engaging and challenging way. Exploring through play is at the heart of everything we do and we firmly believe that if they children are having fun, then they are learning even more!

Our themed tuff trays link to what we have been learning about each week with a fine motor skill included. Some focus on Seasons & Celebrations (Winter/ Bonfire Night), while others are linked to our Pre - School texts (The Gruffalo), subjects (Colour Mixing for Art) or even our interests (Dinosaurs / On the Farm)

Which would you choose?

Everyday in Pre - School we vote for the story we would like to listen to. Do you have a favourite story?

Polar Regions

We have been learning all about the Arctic and Antarctica. Can you remember some of the animals who live there?

Gross Motor Skills

We are working hard in Pre-School to improve our Gross Motor Skills. Can you practise at home and upload photos to Tapestry?

The Big Garden Bird Watch 2026

We really enjoyed taking part in The Big Garden Birdwatch. We spotted a crow, pigeon, red kite, magpie, black bird. Can you see any different birds in your garden?
