Our Vision:

We aspire to reach beyond our own doorstep to widen opportunities within the community, whilst developing a better understanding of the environment we share.  In doing so, we will further develop independence and resilience in our learners.

Our priorities for 2023/24:

1) To develop the purposeful use of outdoor learning to enhance the curriculum offer, developing collaborative working opportunities and promoting wellbeing amongst pupils.

2) To develop the capacity within the staff team to identify and support pupils with early language and communication difficulties. 

3) To widen the circle of interactions for Crossley Street pupils, ensuring opportunities for pupils to develop a better understanding of different cultures and practices in the wider community.

4) To further develop resilience in our pupils and to increase the capacity of all children across school to recognise their own feelings and to self-regulate.
